After years of practicing medicine as a GP, I became increasingly uneasy about relying solely on medications to treat chronic conditions.
However, my limited knowledge left me feeling uncertain how to guide my patients effectively.
My own experience with hormonal challenges, especially after quitting birth control, was what finally led me to look for alternatives to manage my period problems naturally.
That's how I discovered integrative medicine and a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
My mission is to blend conventional practices with holistic approaches, helping women to make informed choices about their health.
So, rather than telling you what to do, I'd like to walk alongside you on your health journey.

Discuss your health challenges with Dr. Carmen and discover whether medical cannabis is a suitable addition to your treatment plan. Thereafter, Dr Carmen will prepare a Section 21 Application and prescribe your cannabis medicines.
